“If rain on your wedding day is good luck, then fluffy white snow flakes must be even better, right?…”
“Love travels…it is not a destination, but rather a journey…”
From exiting their ceremony in a shower of fuchsia flower petals to a surprise choreographed dance at their reception, Sarah + Aaron’s big day was nothing short of fabulous.
Classic. Timeless. Elegant. These are just a few of the words that come to mind…
What started as a long-distance romance has now blossomed into a beautiful life together. After meeting through Allison’s brother, what began as a budding friendship quickly became something more, though geography was never on Allison + Jeff’s side. However, after two years of traveling I-55 and saying sad goodbyes in train stations, a job promotion allowed Allison to join Jeff in St. Louis. Jeff proposed over Labor Day weekend last year and Allison said an enthusiastic, “Yes!”
Artisan Events Principal Amanda Sudimack took a trip to St. Louis earlier this year to join this sweet couple for a portrait session.
From the St. Patrick’s Day crowd at “The Bean” chanting for the bride and groom to kiss (which the couple says “can only be described as a scene out of a movie”) to the 16-piece wedding recessional band rising from the pews and serenading the couple á la Love Actually (a surprise from the bride’s mother and step-father), every moment of Katherine + Kyle’s University Club of Chicago wedding was truly picture-perfect.
The only thing sweeter than a gorgeous couple like Collis + Hank is a beautiful wedding complete with tons of personalized touches.
Kate + Evan. Could they be any more adorable? These two adventurous, fun souls threw a Chicago-winter wedding not to be missed.
