From exiting their ceremony in a shower of fuchsia flower petals to a surprise choreographed dance at their reception, Sarah + Aaron’s big day was nothing short of fabulous.
What started as a long-distance romance has now blossomed into a beautiful life together. After meeting through Allison’s brother, what began as a budding friendship quickly became something more, though geography was never on Allison + Jeff’s side. However, after two years of traveling I-55 and saying sad goodbyes in train stations, a job promotion allowed Allison to join Jeff in St. Louis. Jeff proposed over Labor Day weekend last year and Allison said an enthusiastic, “Yes!”

From the St. Patrick’s Day crowd at “The Bean” chanting for the bride and groom to kiss (which the couple says “can only be described as a scene out of a movie”) to the 16-piece wedding recessional band rising from the pews and serenading the couple á la Love Actually (a surprise from the bride’s mother and step-father), every moment of Katherine + Kyle’s University Club of Chicago wedding was truly picture-perfect.
