A chance meeting on match.com began Sheila + Richard’s love story. Sheila, swooned by Richard’s Australian accent, knew that there was something special about him. Richard was immediately attracted to Shelia’s fun loving, quirky personality.

Their wedding day begin on a windy note, as the Chicago weather was in full force. This didn’t stop the couple from stopping at many scenic viewpoints throughout Chicago including the Alder Planetarium and Kinzie Street Bridge. These photo stops perfectly accented their classic Chicago wedding at Union League Club of Chicago. Pink and white florals adorned the ceremony space, adding pops of color to the room.

They danced the night away as Larry King Orchestra kept the crowd on their feet.  Their family band, The Shannon Rovers, also made a surprise appearance, paying homage to Sheila’s Irish roots. The night was full of love, laughter, and lots of Irish dancing.  We were honored to be a part of such a fantastic day.
